Juventus sign Brazilian defender Gleison Bremer
In a deal of 41 million euros (£34.8 million), Juventus has acquired Brazilian defender Gleison Bremer from Torino on a five-year contract.
Matthijs de Ligt, a Dutch international, who joined Bayern Munich on Tuesday, is replaced by the 25-year-old.
Bremer joined Torino in 2018 from Brazilian team Atletico Mineiro and made 110 appearances.
He was awarded Serie A’s finest defender for the 2021–22 season and started 33 of their 38 league games last year.
